At Stitched, we want you to love what you ordered! However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist you with returns and exchanges. Please read our policy below for more details.

    • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. All hats are final sale.
      • We cannot accept returns that appear worn or do not meet the above criteria. 
    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at  hello@shopstitched.us within 7 days of receiving it. We'll send you a replacement or issue a refund.
    • We offer free exchanges for size or color changes. To initiate an exchange, please email us at hello@shopstitched.us with your order number and details for the exchange. 
    • To initiate a return, please sign in using your email address associated with the order and the reason for the return.
      • A $6.95 return processing fee will be deducted from the order total for any returned items.
    •  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
